I’d love to see some large batch recipes that store well. Like premaking cookie dough that can be frozen and scooped as needed to make smaller batches of cookies through the week. Also maybe premade “cookie mix recipes” so I could just add water and eggs and voila!! Love the blog. And love the stable scoop segments.

Not sure if you’re ready for it, but what about step by step videos? Like your own little cooking show via your blog or vlog, if you will. Your personality is so perfect for this. I can’t imagine that anything you try in 2015 could go wrong. You’re the best Kat! <3

Hi Kat! I adore reading your blog. It’s so much fun for me to keep up with you through your kitchen 🙂 One suggestion would be a post on some of your kitchen essentials… things that you always keep stocked in your pantry, your favorite brands of various items (when you get the “good” stuff vs the store brand), cookware/bakeware/kitchen appliances that you can’t live without… that sort of thing. Thanks!!!! Miss you!

Eat Your Tarte Out is just about perfect as it is. I don’t cook a lot of exotic or fancy things. Plain can also be tasty. Perhaps some recipes could feature items that can be substituted with others. I love that you have lots of pictures and step by step instructions… to the next 2 years!

I would love to see a few more gluten free options, and as always more of the ever amazing dishes you already post!
